divinemethod Internship Program 2026 - GTA (CANADA ONLY)

Of all the things I do with photography, nothing is closer to my heart like the interns I get to work with, mentor and learn from.  Interns become an integral part of the team, and make up the lifeblood of what is Divinemethod.  8 of 9 people that are part of the team are past interns. 

PLEASE NOTE - INTERNSHIP IS LOCAL TO GTA, CANADA ONLY.

My goal yearly is to take on 5-7 interns, give them all an opportunity to be part of projects on site and in office days with me.  The internship is unpaid for 120 hours, and for the right person the ROI for your time and effort should be in your favour. 

Either way, should expect:

• The opportunity to be at events and weddings that are varied in scale and complexity.

• To learn how to be a better photographer (gear, light, composition and story)

• To be part of a fast moving, agile environment.

• To learn how to tell stories with both photo and video.

• To be pushed, become comfortable being uncomfortable.

I usually get about 100-150 applicants, and end up interviewing about 25 or so for the next round and hire 7 into the program. (But you said it’s only 5? I’ve learned that life will get around and catch two of you off guard and you probably won’t be able to make the commitment all the way through).
